WHAT HAPPENNED

We hosted a Viking theme dinner for 18 people on January. It was a barbaric feast and we gave every our guest a mythological character and told the story around them. We wanted our guests to experience a full sensual night. So no forks and knifes. It was essential for us to see our guests touch the food as well, experience the different textures of the food and eating with their bare hands. Something we actually forgot hundreds of years ago.
