WHAT HAPPENNED

Kilts were worn, glasses were toasted and the famous Haggis was served! This time we told the story of Scotland and whiskey culture at the House of Brothers, the acclaimed gentlemen’s club of Istanbul. As usual, we created a six-course menu for 25 people, but this time with whiskey pairings sponsored by Chivas Regal instead of wine. During the dinner, we gave voice to significant traditions of Scotland along with famous figures such as William Wallace, Saint Andrews and Robert Burns.
